shippingas every piece is made-to-order, please allow us 2-3 weeks to process your item. delivery aims:
returns & refundreturns (excluding sale items) which are not worn, altered, washed or damaged will be accepted. as all of our items are made-to-order, refunds will only be accepted if the item is faulty, not for change of mind.
proof of purchase must be included. in the unlikely event of an exchange or return, customers must be in contact within 14 days of receiving the order. |
